Conflict Coaching and Mediation (Professionals)

What you can expect
Conflicts in the workplace can be very stressful. Is a team member acting like a leader? Does someone frequently call in sick when there’s a lot of work to be done and you have to take over everything? Do you think that certain colleagues are being favoured over others? Are you in a conflict situation and want to find a fair and amicable solution, but don’t know how?
Conflict coaching helps you to understand the conflict situation and its dynamics. You’ll gain a broader understanding of possible courses of action to help resolve the conflict.
If the other party is also prepared to work together to resolve the conflict, mediation is an option. In a structured, confidential process, the conflict is resolved voluntarily, independently and amicably. The interests of both parties to the conflict are taken into account.
