Our Young Talents Program
For young professionals and professionals in new roles


Program Structure – Young Talents Program
Preliminary Meeting – approx. 2 hours with company leadership. Initial session to align on program structure and objectives between executive management and the participating talents.
Camp 1: ½–1 Tag, on-site or online. Intensive training camp (workshop) to kick off the program – conducted either in person or virtually. Focus on introducing key topics and team building.
Micro Learning Series + Individual Coaching – personalized deep dive, 2 × 90 min (4 hours total). Self-directed learning via online Micro Learning modules, combined with one-on-one coaching to reinforce content from Camp 1 and support individual development.
Camp 2: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Follow-up training camp to build on the learning content – again offered as a compact workshop day, either in person or online.
Micro Learning Series + Individual Coaching – continued deepening, 2 × 90 min (4 hours total). Another phase of Micro Learning and guided coaching to apply and consolidate content from Camp 2 in day-to-day work.
Camp 3: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Third training camp with advanced focus areas. On-site or online format allows for practical exercises and facilitated group discussions.
Micro Learning Series + Individual Coaching – 1 × 90 min. Final individual learning phase: a deepening coaching session (90 minutes) or an online learning module to prepare for program completion.
270°-Feedback – Feedback Session. Comprehensive feedback from all stakeholders – including managers, peers, and self-assessment – collected and evaluated as a 270° feedback process.
Camp 4: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Final camp to consolidate key insights, reflect on the learning journey, and set the stage for each participant’s continued development.
Follow-up Meeting – approx. 1 hour with company leadership. Concluding conversation between executive leadership and participants to review results, exchange feedback, and define next steps.
New Leaders Program
For new and emerging leaders


Program Structure – New Leaders Program
Preliminary Meeting – 2 hours with company leadership. Clarification of goals, expectations, and framework – followed by a joint setup for the leadership development process.
Camp 1: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Kick-off camp focusing on leadership self-perception, first tools, and peer exchange.
Micro Learning Series + Individual Coaching. Individual deepening (4 hrs) + “First 100 Days” coaching (2 × 90 min). Digital self-learning phase combined with coaching sessions on role clarity and early leadership situations.
Camp 2: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Focus on communication, feedback, motivation, and decision-making in a leadership context.
Micro Learning Series + Individual Coaching. Individual deepening (4 hrs) + “First 100 Days” coaching (2 × 90 min). Focus on self-management, conflict resolution, and intentional communication.
Camp 3: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Work on concrete leadership situations, perspective shifts, decision dynamics, and leadership mindset.
Micro Learning Series + Individual Coaching. Individual deepening (4 hrs) + “First 100 Days” coaching (2 × 90 min). Strengthening personal leadership presence, dealing with uncertainty, and establishing leadership routines.
270° Feedback: Structured feedback from team members, peers, and superiors. Assessment of leadership effectiveness with guided reflection in a coaching context.
Camp 4: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Final camp focusing on integration, continued learning and development, and next steps as a leader.
Follow-up Meeting – 1 hour with company leadership. Joint review of progress, goal achievement, and follow-up measures for long-term leadership support.
Senior Leaders Program

Program Structure – Senior Leaders Program
Preliminary Meeting – 2 hours with company leadership. Clarifying objectives, aligning expectations, and strategically framing individual and organizational leadership topics.
Camp 1: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Reflection on one’s leadership identity, current challenges, and future leadership demands.
Micro Learning Series + Individual Coaching. Individual deepening (4 hrs) + “Leadership in Transition” coaching (2 × 90 min). Focus on topics such as self-regulation, personal leadership presence, stress management, and decision-making logic in a leadership context.
Camp 2: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Peer exchange on leading through uncertainty, managing change, and handling resistance.
Micro Learning Series + Individual Coaching. Individual deepening (4 hrs) + “Leadership in Transition” coaching (2 × 90 min). Further development of strategic thinking, leadership balance, and conflict dynamics.
Camp 3: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Focus on collaboration in top-level leadership contexts, managing tensions, and exercising strategic influence.
Micro Learning Series + Individual Coaching. Individual deepening (4 hrs) + “Leadership in Transition” coaching (2 × 90 min). Further development of one’s personal leadership style in light of current challenges.
270° Feedback: Feedback from direct reports, peers, and supervisors. Structured feedback on leadership effectiveness, combined with reflection and goal setting in a coaching context.
Camp 4: ½–1 day, on-site or online. Integration of key insights, forward-looking alignment, and anchoring of individual development goals.
Follow-up Meeting – 1 hour with company leadership. Joint status review, reflection on the overall process, and agreement on follow-up development actions.
