Conflicts in the workplace can be very stressful. Is a team member acting like a leader? Does another frequently call in sick when there’s a lot of work to be done and you have to take over everything? Do you think that some colleagues are being favoured over others? Are you in a conflict situation and want to find a fair and amicable solution, but don’t know how?<\/span><\/p>\n

Conflict coaching helps you to understand the conflict situation and its dynamics. You will gain a broader understanding of possible courses of action to help resolve the conflict.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the other party is also prepared to work together to resolve the conflict, mediation is an option. In a structured, confidential process, the conflict is resolved voluntarily, independently and amicably.
