Content

The main aim is to strengthen your self-control. To do this, you bring the issues that concern you. Your coach will analyse the initial situation with you and ask in-depth questions. He will select from his toolbox of methods what suits you as a person and what you can continue to work with independently in your day-to-day work. These can include, for example

  • Your personal understanding of helpfulness
  • Common ground

 

Each coaching module begins with a clarification of your concerns and ends with a transfer task
