Content

The main aim is to strengthen your sense of control. To do this, you will raise the issues that concern you the most. Your coach will analyse the initial situation with you and ask in-depth questions. From their toolbox, they will select methods which suit you as a person and which you can continue to use independently in your day-to-day work. These could include:

  • The emotional path through change
  • The vicious circle of resistance
  • Dilts logical levels

 

Each coaching module begins with a clarification of your concerns and ends with a transfer task
