For you as a talent, participation in Talent Job Matching is free of charge. You will also receive free application coaching from us, which will improve the quality of your job interviews. As a company, you pay transparently upon placement.

Talents and companies register on the Constellation Academy platform.

Talents fill out their personal profile with competences, future skills, experience and preferences regarding working methods.

Companies create their company profile and the profiles of their vacancies.

Companies enter people who take part in the first and second interviews.

Assessment Matchings

Plan time to book an appointment (45′) within these weeks.

Talents and companies receive all matches.

Both sides assess them according to: yes, interested or no, not interested.

Initial interviews
